Revolution shows ‘N’ gauge IPA progress

Revolution Trains has received decorated samples of its forthcoming ‘N’ gauge IPA car carriers for evaluation.

Operated by STVA for new vehicle deliveries, three variants are being produced covering IPA-A plain flat twin sets, flat twin sets with side stakes and IPA-B twin/quad sets with side covers and roofs. Liveries include original STVA pale grey and later STVA red.

Each will feature separately applied detail parts, NEM couplers to the outer ends, scale distance inner couplings and a choice of two different running numbers per colour scheme.

Prices are set at £37 for the IPA-A plain flat twin wagons and flat twin sets with side stakes, while the IPA-B twin wagons with side covers and roofs are priced at £39 per set. IPA-B quad sets are priced at £79, with the order book expected to close in late November and delivery anticipated during early 2020.
