Bachmann plans new GCR building collections

A new production run of Great Central Railway (GCR) theme Scenecraft buildings has been announced by Bachmann. The ‘OO’ gauge collection uses the same designs as the previous batch (released in early 20th-century green and cream), but this time they will be available in three colour schemes.

For the new release Bachmann has selected GCR green and cream, 1920-1940s brown and cream (as per Quorn and Woodhouse station on the preserved section) and 1950-1960s maroon and cream.

Prices start from £19.95 and rise to £89.95 with the range consisting of a gentlemen’s toilet (Cat No. 44-115A/B/C), waiting room (44-116A/B/C), station booking office and canopy (44-117A/B/C), high level station entrance (44-119A/B/C) and central single track road bridge (44-121).

The new range of models is due to arrive with Bachmann retailers during June 2019.
