The final layouts to take part in the 2016 Great Electric Train Show on October 8/9 have now been revealed bringing the total line up to 26.
New additions are Redditch MRC’s Dagnell End in ‘OO’ (HM34), City of Canterbury MRS ‘OO’ layout Bigbury (HM99), Paul Churchill’s ‘N’ gauge layout Tormouth (HM112), Leamington and Warwick MRS’ Walford Town in ‘EM’ gauge (HM31), Dave Westwood’s Marsh Chipping in ‘N’, Nigel Adams Plas Edwards Shed in ‘O’ gauge and Gary Norman’s Gauge 1 Glenngary Tramway.
The Hornby Magazine team has also confirmed that its ‘N’ gauge layout Barrenthorpe, which is still under construction, will make its exhibition debut at the show too.
Other highlight exhibits include Soar Valley Model Railway Club’s Charnwood Forest Branch (HM99/HM100), Bodmin and District MRC’s Old Elms Road (HM105), Gary Atkinson’s Low Yard Junction (HM109), Allan Cromarty’s Oulton TMD (HM107) and more.
